Among the various components of the carafe, the container that holds the tea leaves and tea is crucial in terms of product usability, design, and maintenance. The container of the teplo cold brew carafe is made of glass, and the thickness of the glass at the spout is set to approximately 1.5mm, which is among the thinnest in the industry.<\/p>

This article will present two reasons why teplo is committed to making the carafe’s glass as thin as 1.5mm, setting it apart in the industry.<\/p>

First and foremost, the reason for opting for a thinner design is that it makes the tea look more appealing. By reducing the glass thickness, the tea inside the carafe is beautifully highlighted. Although the difference between 1.5mm and 2mm thickness is only 0.5mm, the appearance of the tea in the carafe changes significantly when actually filled and compared side by side.<\/p>

We believe that not only the moment of drinking tea but also the moment when one sees the carafe filled with tea and feels it looks “delicious” is an important part of the tea experience. Therefore, we are committed to the 1.5mm thickness, as it enhances the visual appeal of the tea and improves the overall tea experience.<\/p>

This design minimizes the concern of tea dribbling at the end of the pour and allows for a more graceful pouring experience.<\/p>
